Youth Judo (Ages 8-15)

Our Judo program for youth ages 8 and up introduces students to the art of throws, balance, control, and discipline. Judo builds a strong foundation for stand-up grappling, athleticism, and confidence—skills that perfectly complement Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi.

This class is a mixed-age group where youth and adults train together in a structured, safe, and supervised environment. Younger students benefit from learning alongside more experienced adults, while adults help build a strong, respectful community on the mats.

Students learn traditional techniques blended with modern training, helping them develop coordination, respect, perseverance, and strong physical awareness. They also learn safe falling techniques, effective takedowns, and how to apply technique with precision.

Included in Membership

Students aged 8+ may attend all Judo classes available for their age group and may freely combine Judo with:

✔️ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
✔️ No-Gi

Judo Class Schedule (Ages 8+)

·        Tuesday – 5:20 PM to 6:20 PM

·        Thursday – 5:20 PM to 6:20 PM

Students may train one or both days and can combine Judo with BJJ and No-Gi as part of their membership.
