Our No-Gi program for ages 6 to 15 offers a fast-paced and exciting approach to grappling. Training without the Gi helps students improve agility, reaction time, and real-life movement skills.

This class connects elements of Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling, giving kids and teens a fun way to build athleticism and confidence while learning self-defense fundamentals.

Included in Membership

Students ages 6–15 have full access to the No-Gi program and may attend as many weekly classes as they wish.
No-Gi perfectly complements Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, and students can choose to mix or focus on their favorite discipline.

No-Gi Class Schedule (Ages 6–15)

·        Tuesday – 6:25 PM to 7:25 PM

·        Thursday – 6:25 PM to 7:25 PM

Students may train one or both days and may freely combine No-Gi with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo based on their goals.
