Teens Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
(Ages 10–15)
Our Teens Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is designed for students ages 10 to 15, offering a dynamic and challenging training environment that matches their growing physical ability, maturity, and confidence.
This is a key developmental stage, and Jiu-Jitsu helps teens build discipline, resilience, leadership, and self-confidence while staying active and connected to a positive community.
Through structured drills, live training, and technical practice, teens sharpen coordination, learn real self-defense skills, build strength, and develop strong character in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.

What’s Included in the Teens Program
Teens have full access to all age-appropriate classes and may train as often as they like each week:
Teens Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 10–15)
Core program with three weekly classes.
Class Schedule:
· Monday – 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM
· Wednesday – 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM
· Friday – 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM
Teens No-Gi (Ages 6–15)
Fast-paced and athletic grappling training without the gi.

Teens Judo (Ages 8–15)
Traditional Judo for older kids and teens, focusing on throws, balance, and discipline.

Teens may participate in one, two, or all three programs—whatever works best for their goals and your family’s schedule.
