Adult No-gi
Our Adult No-Gi program focuses on speed, mobility, and modern grappling. Training without the gi helps students develop sharper reflexes, cleaner transitions, and practical self-defense skills based on real movement and body control.
This class is an excellent complement to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, allowing students to improve conditioning, timing, and adaptability in a fast-paced training environment.

Adult No-Gi Class Schedule
Adult No-Gi:
· Tuesday – 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
· Thursday – 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Students may attend one or both classes each week and are welcome to combine No-Gi with BJJ and Judo as part of their unlimited adult membership.
