Our Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to help women train with confidence, comfort, and support. During the week, women join our mixed adult classes, which offer a respectful, family-friendly environment where all students—men and women—train with courtesy and care.
Many of our female students appreciate the positive atmosphere, the strong sense of community, and the culture of respect on the mats. Our academy offers comfortable seating for families and a children’s room, making it easier for mothers to train while their kids stay close and entertained.
In addition to our mixed classes, we also offer a dedicated women-only class every week:
✔️ Women’s BJJ Class – Saturdays at 11:00 AM
This exclusive class provides a supportive space for women to learn technique, build confidence, improve fitness, and connect with other women in our academy.

Women’s BJJ Class Schedule
Mixed Adult BJJ Classes (open to all women):
· Monday – 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM
· Wednesday – 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM
· Thursday – 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM
· Monday – 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM
· Wednesday – 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM
· Friday – 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM (Open Mat after class)
Women-Only Class:
· Saturday – 11:00 AM
Women may attend any and all adult classes, plus the weekly women’s-only session.
